I am 70 years old, living in Vermont, and I have to say that this is the best maple sugar we have tasted since I was a kid. Just the right consistency and flavor! It's summer, so mostly we are using it to dust our ice cream. when winter rolls around it will be a staple with our baking! Thank you.

Excellent product. Really enjoy the flavor the elderberry brings to it. Been enjoying it on French toast and using it to bring some sweet complexity to some herbal tea. Will continue to buy.
